Pastor Camara J. Blue is a native of Birmingham, Alabama. He holds a B.A. degree in Communication from Miles College and a Master’s of Divinity degree from Morehouse School of Religion. In March of 2006, Pastor Blue preached his very first sermon and he has continued to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ ever since.
Pastor Blue has a deep passion for helping the youth and the black community. He has worked at The Dannon Project teaching Conflict Resolution and Restorative Justice. Currently, he and his wife, Dr. LaTandra Blue, are the owners of Blue Vision Center.
Pastor Blue is a Life Member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Inc. serving in the Beta Mu Nu Chapter. Through the fraternity, he mentors youth through the Lifting as We Climb Foundation and Black Rhinos of Alabama.
Pastor Blue is married to Dr. LaTandra Blue. She has a B.S. in Biology and a Doctorate in Optometry both from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. She is an active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. and Captain in the United States Army Reserve.
Pastor Blue is the father of three sons: Dequawn, Ja’Marcus, and Camara II, and one daughter: McKenna.
